Ms. Michelle Sayre

Integrated Biology/Environmental Science/Yearbook

I completed my studies in education and received my degree from West Liberty State College in December 1998.  When I became blessed with my two beautiful children, Jonathon and Breanna, I decided to stay home and be a full time mom.  I thought I learned a lot and gained a lot of experience during my time at WLSC, but I can honestly say that the time I spent home with my children taught me so much as well.   Living life to the fullest and enjoying each precious moment were two of those lessons.  I was hired at CCHS in the spring of 2005 as a substitute teacher and continued to be a substitute until the beloved Ms. June Silverio retired in the fall of 2008.  I was brought onto the CCHS faculty as a full time biology teacher where I had some big shoes to fill.  I am still teaching biology, but I have also added yearbook and environmental science to the list of academics I teach.   I am also the moderator of the National Honor Society chapter here.  I feel so amazingly blessed to be a part of such a dedicated faculty and staff and to be molding the minds of such wonderful young people.
